Five Reasons Big Sean Is Having A G.O.O.D. Year

Today should be a G.O.O.D. day for Big Sean. The rapper's debut album, Finally Famous, is hitting stores and while the day belongs to him, he has been on the come up for quite some time now. From his hit records to the crazy appreciation he gets from fans, and even the recognition from his music peers, Sean is surely winning. Check out five reasons Big Sean is not only having a G.O.O.D. day, but having a G.O.O.D. year.

1) G.O.O.D. Music Signs Major Deal With Def Jam

With the G.O.O.D. Music roster containing acts like Cyhi The Prince, Kid Cudi, and Sean himself, its only right that Def Jam scoop up the music power players and add them to the machine. Not only is G.O.O.D. Music making enough noise for IDJ to notice, but it is actually Big Sean who is leading the pack as the most recent G.O.O.D. Music/ Def Jam release.

2)Big Sean's Fans Love Him

In a day and age where you've got to be tough if you are a rapper its almost impossible to imagine Sean breaking down crying in front of his fans. But sure enough the G.O.O.D. rapper did just that while at a meet and greet in Toronto, Canada. Apparently the fan love that Sean was getting was a bit overwhelming for him and he had a moment. Its good to see that Sean could be real with the crowd and express himself.

3) Kanye West Saying Big Sean Could Be To Rap What Beyonce Is To R&B

Yes you read that right. Its a big statement but coming from Kanye West, it just might be true. Now Yeezy and Sean both rep G.O.O.D. Music so of course 'Ye is gonna vouch for Sean, but today is Sean's album release day so those first week numbers may back up Mr. West's claims.

4) Big Sean's 2011 BET Awards Performance

Not only has Sean found major success with his song "My Last" featuring Chris Brown, but he had one of the more memorable performances at the 2011 BET Awards this past weekend. He took to the stage with Breezy and tore it down.

5)Finally Famous Is In Stores Today

After much anticipation and wait, Big Sean's debut album is in stores today. With features from Kanye West, Chris Brown, Travis Porter, Lupe Fiasco, Wiz Khalifa, and more, this project should solidify Sean's spot in this music game.
