Kevin Hart's 'Laugh At My Pain' Breaks Records, Splits Sides

Funnyman Kevin Hart is starring in the theatrical version of his 2011 Laugh At My Pain comedy tour, which earned more than $15,000,000 in ticket sales. The 90-city record-breaking tour is one of the most successful comedy concerts in history, breaking Eddie Murphy's long standing record of being the first African-American Comedian to surpass over $1.1 million two-day live comedy show ticket sales.
So you're probably wondering whether it's really worth it or not, huh? It is.The film is part documentary part full on comedy routine where Hart takes viewers back to his Philadelphia roots and chats with family and neighborhood friends. The film culminates at LA Live's Nokia Theatre where Hart wraps his tour by performing jokes based on his own sometimes tragic life. One of the main running jokes is how his drug addicted father was often an embarrassing element in his life while growing up. Check out the trailer below:
