Kanye West Says ‘Rest In Peace’ TO the Black Eyed Peas

Are the Black Eyed Peas a wrap?
That’s the question people have been asking following a performance by Kanye West at the Austin City Limits Music Festival in Texas on Friday (September 16), when he called for an impromptu eulogy of the super popular hip-hop group.
Against a backdrop of fog and laser beams, Kanye wrapped up the performance of his hit single, “All of the Lights”, by saying “Rest in peace” during Fergie’s verse.
“Rest in peace to the Black Eyed Peas. You’re gonna be missed,” he said as the verse ended from the track.
Fergie said that the Peas would be taking an “indefinite break” from recording back in July, during a concert in Staffordshire, UK, proclaiming the show “very special,” because it would be the “last time we’re going to be in England for a long time.”
Will.i.am later tweeted a similar message, writing, “The @Bep will take a break after The Beginning (their 2010 album)…just like we did from Monkey Business to The E.N.D. ..but it doesn’t mean we stop creating.”
Have they broken up behind the scenes though? Maybe Kanye knows something we don’t.
Will addressed the rumored break-up over the weekend, saying “@bep will never die.”
“maybe @kanyewest was stating the fact we will take a rest for a little bit…but we the @bep will never die…never…impossible,” he wrote (@IAmWill).
