Lil Wayne Announces New Single From 'The Carter IV'



Just as fans thought Lil Wayne's Drake and Jadakiss-assisted track "It's Good" would serve as the next single for Lil Wayne's Tha Carter IV, plans have switched. Young Money now says  "Mirrors" featuring Bruno Mars, which will host as the album's new single.
"Mirrors," which is featured on the deluxe edition, has already been added to radio mixes, but the song will impact Top 40 stations in the upcoming weeks.The bonus track which is noted as one of the most popular jams on the effort has already peaked at no. 16 on Billboard's Hot 100 chart, doing extremely well compared to "It's Good" which peaked at no. 79.

"She Will" is the highest charting single from the album thus far, reaching no. 3 on Billboard's Hot 100, and Wayne's second highest charting song overall following "Lollipop." Other past singles such as "How To Love" hit no. 5, "John" at no. 22, and his debut single, "6 Foot 7 Foot" at no. 9.-Bobby.D
