JOE BUDDEN'S SHOT AT JAY-Z? T.I.'S NEW STUDIO ARRANGEMENT!

T.I.'S NEW STUDIO ARRANGEMENT!

So, you know the word is out on T.I. Tip is NOT going back to jail and people are making sure he doesn't, from what I am hearing. One thing that will be cool for people into the environment is, I heard T.I. will be in a super high tech state of the art "green studio" in Atlanta. I heard this place is awesome! I heard they use stuff like recycled materials and solar energy. Most of all, I heard there's not alcohol or other such items allowed that may create and unsavory climate for Tip. Waiting for the King to take that throne back.

JOE BUDDEN'S SHOT AT JAY-Z?

So, the word on the streets is that Joe Budden took a lil' shot at Kanye and Jay-Z in his freestyle at the BET Hip-Hop Awards cypher. He said:

"I'm not watching the throne / I'm sabotaging it."

Interesting. But, here is the other side, Joe Budden has reportedly claimed that this IS NOT a SHOT at Jay and 'Ye. How can he expect us to take it any other way? Some of you yung bucks may not be aware, but Joe and Jay have been beefing in varying degrees for years. This is just another page in the continuing saga.

Diddy Spazzes on Clubgoers for Not Drinking Ciroc

Last night, Diddy and T.I. hosted a wild afterparty following the 2011 BET Hip-Hop Awards. Club Compound in Atlanta was packed to the brim as Diddy took the mic to get the party cracking. However, things almost turned ugly when several patrons started taunting Diddy with bottles of vodka...that weren't Ciroc.
Luckily, T.I. ended the commotion with some choice words:
What’s going on in this muthaf–ka. I’m going to tell you like this, you will not f–k my hundred million up for nothing in this muthaf–ka. I don’t give a f–k what’s going on. I ain’t for that fight s–t. I will get the f–k on out of this b—h and let ya’ll have it. I’ve done enough time. Ain’t nobody else in this muthaf–ka talking about fighting and have did time. I ain’t trying to do it. Puff you got too much money for that sh-t nicca. Let that nicca drink what the f–k he wanna drink, f–k that s–t. They ain’t getting money for drinking that sh-t, they paid to drink that sh-t. I love you and will go to war for you but come on man!

AKOO Clothing Announces First 'A King Of Oneself' Brunch Honoring T.I.

T.I. x AKOO
TIP's AKOO Clothing announced the upcoming brunch the rapper is throwing to celebrate his release, among other things. He's called "A King of Oneself" brunch, and revealed that it would be an annual event.
The event will not only serve as a celebratory party for TIP, but also to celebrate his 30th birthday, and kick-off BET Hip Hop Awards weekend.
It will be hosted by TIP himself, as well as New York Knicks all-star Amar'e Stoudemire; is an invite-only event being held at a private location in Atlanta; and has an 150-count guest list of celebrities, close personal friends, and family.
"We're gathering our family and friends during BET's Hip Hop Awards weekend to show love and appreciation to T.I. as he celebrates his 30th birthday, his new book Power & Beauty, and the growth of the AKOO Brand," said Jason Geter, co-founder of AKOO Clothing and CEO of Grand Hustle Records.
During the brunch soiree, guests will be presented a sneak peek screening of the "Salute the King" fan-based documentary. It a collection of clips where fans recorded and uploaded video messages to T.I. In addition to fans, celebrity friends from Rick Ross, Diddy, Nelly, Big Sean, Lex Luger, Playboy Tre, and others also uploaded personal video messages of support.
TMZ reported earlier this week that the brunch will be quite lavish, costing a reported $100,000 -- $20,000 being spent on food and an additional $8,000 on dessert. Diddy is chipping in 150 bottles of Ciroc to get everyone loose -- one bottle for each person expected to attend.

T.I. Wins Legal Battle For Akoo Clothing

While things seem to always go wrong for Atlanta rapper T.I., he recently scored a major win in court over his Akoo clothing line trademark.
The messy situation started when Akoo International filed a trademark infringement lawsuit against the rapper in March of 2010, following a controversial billboard ad in Newark, New Jersey that featured a young woman kneeling in front of a man, pulling down at his Akoo jeans, with her tongue sticking out. The billboard ad was so offensive that it caught the attention of the city's major, Cory Booker, who condemned the ad and had it taken down due to negative press and pressure from local activists.
This past Friday, a federal judge refused to grant Akoo International an injunction againstT.I.'s clothing line, ruling that insufficent evidence was given to prove that consumers are being confused by the names. The judgement would have barred the rapper from using the name in commerce. The lawsuit is still ongoing, but the judge allowed T.I.'s Akoo clothing line to continue using the Akoo trademark.
Reps for T.I revealed to TMZ that the clothing line sales have dropped approximately 25% since the rapper's incarceration in September of 2010. After serving 11 months of a year-long sentence, T.I. was released from federal custody on September 15th and is currently finishing up his sentence in an Atlanta halfway house. He is due to be released September 29th, but must still complete a year of probation

T.I.'S WIFE Prison Staff Took PICTURES with Us at Tour Bus!!

T.I.'s wife told TMZ ... multiple prison officials actually saw the tour bus that picked up the rapper yesterday -- and even took photos with T.I. in front of it -- and NOBODY raised an issue.

Tameka "Tiny" Cottle tells us ... when the tour bus rolled up to the Arkansas prison yesterday, prison officials "Walked him over, took pics and told him good luck in life."

... the warden ordered T.I. back into custody after he made the trek to his halfway house, claiming T.I. only informed officials he would be traveling in a van ... and not a tricked out tour bus.

But Tiny says, "This is a bunch of bulls**t ... they should have said something before he got on the bus ... T.I. would have politely gotten into a van."

She adds, "T.I. is one of the strongest individuals I know ... and they just trying to break him in more ways than one and it's not gonna work! 'Cause what God got for him, can't no man take that away ... period!"

T.I. VH1 Cameras NOT ALLOWED at Halfway House

T.I. will not be allowed to tape his new VH1 reality show inside the walls of the halfway house where he's serving the remainder of his sentence ... a rep for the facility tells TMZ.

Cameras were rolling from the minute T.I. was released from an Arkansas prison Wednesday, capturing his journey from AR to the Dismas Charities halfway house in Atlanta.

But a rep for Dismas tells us .. there is “absolutely no way” the facility will allow VH1 to bring cameras INSIDE the halfway house... saying, "no, it is just not going to happen."

Too bad for the show -- because T.I. will be participating in some compelling, personal moments during his stay ... including a "faith based" program to help him transition back into the real world.

The facility seems like a pretty kick-ass place compared to prison -- with basketball courts, an exercise room, racquetball courts and even a tennis court.

And the best part -- one person at the facility tells us, "The food is pretty good.

T.I. Rock Star Arrival to ATL Halfway House

Rapper T.I. -- along with a massive entourage -- arrived to an Atlanta halfway house where he'll kick it during the final month of his sentence.

T.I. made the trek from an Arkansas prison in a suped-up tour bus ... accompanied by a 4-car motorcade.

When T.I. got off the bus, he was sporting a striped polo shirt, shorts and a fancy watch.
